Apartment Federico on ground floor has double bedroom with ensuite, living room & kitchenette. Sofa beds sleep up to two.

Bookings:  A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.  The balance of 70% is required by sixty days prior to the start of the rental period.

Transactions are completed by direct credit into our account. International bank transfers may incur additional charges which must be covered by clients.

 Cancellation policy: cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival – 30% of rental forfeited; 21 to 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of rental forfeited; 0 to 21 days prior to arrival – 100% of rental forfeited. Should the owners be required to cancel a booking, full payment will be refunded.

 Arrival:  2 p.m. onwards. Please contact Cristina Tili at least 2 days before your arrival to arrange access.

Departure: by 10 a.m.

Prices include heating, water and electricity. Optional cleaning is available at an additional cost.
