The photo below is of Montefalco's piazza  taken from the top of the street of the apartment, 30 paces from the front door. Parking in the piazza is permitted free of charge overnight from 8pm until 9am, when you need to come out and either purchase a ticket to get you through the next hour or move the car to a parking space out of range of the carabinieri. There are numerous possibilities nearby, within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. The best - from a scenic point of view - is outside the walls of the town nearby the arch shown on the lower left - Porta Camiano' from which you then re-enter the town. Sauntering - given it's uphill tendency - more time to admire the scenery. The apartment is just beyond the garden you see in the image through the arch. Not hard !
